Living Well in a Loud World
In a world that often feels overwhelming and fast-paced, my work begins in a different place— with slowing down.
I help individuals reconnect with their inner clarity, courage, and sense of purpose. Because meaningful change doesn’t come from doing more—it begins when your life starts to reflect what truly matters to you.
When you learn to trust yourself, even in the midst of uncertainty, something shifts.

My Work
Over the past 20 years, I’ve supported individuals across multiple settings—as a therapist, school leader, disabilities case manager, behavioral consultant, and mental health assessor.
This breadth of experience allows me to see patterns clearly—across systems, relationships, and personal histories.
My work is
grounded in:

Leadership and decision-making under pressure
Grief and the complexity of loss
Body-based awareness and emotional processing

Together, these inform a practice that is both insightful and deeply attuned—focused not just on understanding, but on meaningful, lasting change.

My Lived Experience
My work is not only professional—it’s personal.
I am neurodivergent.
I have navigated complicated childhood trauma, along with the intricacies of life transitions
I understand what it means to keep functioning on the outside while carrying something heavier underneath.
You won’t have to explain that here

Who I Work With
I work with individuals who are often:
Navigating stress, burnout, or ongoing pressure
Living with illness or adjusting to a different version of life
Moving through grief, loss, or identity shifts
Holding a quiet awareness that something needs to change
You are someone others depend on— leader, helper, deep thinker.
From the outside, you’re managing. Internally, you’re ready for something more honest. More aligned.
My Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven.
Slow down without pressure
Reflect with honesty and clarity
Build the emotional resilience to face what’s difficult
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you come back into alignment with yourself.
Our Work Together
Together, we’ll look at what’s no longer working—without rushing past it.
We’ll explore the patterns that keep repeating, even when you understand them.
We’ll strengthen your sense of self and your ability to trust your own decisions.
And we’ll reconnect you to what truly matters—so your life begins to feel aligned, not just managed.
